I am starting a club called "CPI" that means Club Penguin Investigation. That's where when someone creates a crime or problem. One of us will always be arround CP. The uniform is Tuexido,Night-Vision Googles, Black Shoes, A fancy hat, and whatever else you want to have. If u wanna join commet me on the blog.
I will always be on Sleet in the Cove, Dock, or My Igloo on the map. All the time!
